Another Tulle Craft Project

What to do with all the leftover colored tulle that I used to make three tutus and a fairy wand? Why not make a tulle with glitter rhinestones head band to go with the tutu and the fairy wand? That's exactly what I did!

Here is the completed set...until I find something else to make using the tulle ;)
